Holy Temple Depths

The dark ominous depths of the Holy Temple, where the Master of my guild had given me the task to fight a sealed beast who was let loose recently inside. It was connected to the Cotana Cathedral by means of a large tunnel system. However, the creature had made his way to the temple depths via the tunnel. I hear a noise off in the distance, and silently unsheathe my blade with my back against a wall, and my head turned to look around a corner into a large opening. I could hear a noise off in the distance, like the sound of pure energy along with quiet footsteps. I leap out with my blade ready and scream out to the shadow being. "Who are you!?"

As I make my way through the dark tunnels wondering where I am I hear the sounds of footsteps further down the tunnel.I then start walking in that direction to see if it is someone who can help me find a way out of this dark place.All of a sudden a man jumps out from behind a wall and yells "Who are you." As I reply to the stranger "my name is Nostru who are you?" I then start walking towards the man.

This person was definitely the one I had been asked to search for. However, he seemed to have replied without much hesitation, which came as a bit of a surprise. It was then I realized I still had much to learn about the world, perhaps this is Kazu's lesson to me. Still I remain cautious as I lower my blade and reply to his question. "My name is Phoenix. Are you the one who had bean unsealed and attacked?" My yellow eyes glow upon Nostru while I await his answer to my question.

As I stare at Pheonix and reply to his question "yes I am the person you speak of." I said.I notice him then lowering his blade so i let my guard down. I think to myself mabye he will help out of this confusing and dark place,but nevertheless I keep my eyes on him just in case it turns out not to be so.I then ask Pheniox "Do you happen to be asscociated witth the ones who attacked me." as i move closer to him.

He continues to close in so that we no longer have to speak as loud. I also begin to tread into these dark halls to close this gap when he asks a question. This question relates to our former comrades who took things too far. At least I know that he was whom I needed to find. I continue to keep watch while I answer his question, knowing the answer may very well cause a fight. "They once were, but because of their actions, they are to be banned from our order. I apologize for their actions, I mean no harm."

I stoped approaching him when he mentions that the people before him were comrades of his.I then think to myself this man I still dont know if I can trust him.I start to ready my powers for the battle im sure is to come.I then say to Phoenix "I take it your just like them, it seems I was wrong to trust you."As I assume a battle stance and start to charge my powers.

I unsheathe the blade strapped to my waist, and spin it with my right hand to place it in my fighting stance with the blade's tip pointed towards my opponent. "I have no reason to fight you, Noustru. But if we must fight, then I hope you will understand why I am here in battle." I hold my blade with both hands, still pointed towards, Noustru, while the left of my body is facing my opponent and the right in the opposite direction. The dark, quiet labyrinth was about to become the scene of a long fight.
